Meet Rahim.
Please note: initial sessions with Rahim are 60 minutes, and all follow-up appointments are either 45 or 30 minutes.
Rahim’s approach to working with you is based on the premise that body and mind are inseparable. Your mental and emotional well-being, lifestyle factors, social context, and previous experiences are all considered.
Our primary intention during treatment is to support your body’s return to equilibrium – on its own terms and in its own way.
Daily patterns and habits, injuries, surgeries, stressful situations, and traumatic experiences can all cause dysfunctions or restrictions anywhere in our body’s tissues.
Symptoms may be ‘loud’ and painful or soft and subtle, in either case, our body is seeking attention.
When we slow down to listen, we offer space to our body’s intelligence to guide us towards healing and repair, promoting optimal health and well-being.
Each session usually begins with a short, hands-on assessment and conversation to determine where to focus and to understand your health concerns and objectives/goals.
Treatment is a seamless blend of CranioSacral Therapy, MyoFascial Release (Fascial Stretch Therapy), Visceral Manipulation (treating organs and their connective tissues), and other approaches, based on the specific needs of your body from session to session.
Common conditions treated include:
- Headaches, migraines
- Concussions
- Whiplash
- Tight jaw – clenching, grinding, TMJ dysfunction
- Digestive difficulties & dysfunctions
- Pelvic restrictions / imbalance
- Stress, anxiety
- Post surgery & post accident rehabilitation
- Reduced or restricted mobility & movement
- Neck pain / stiffness
- Shoulder pain / injury
- Back pain

“Felt like an absolute gift.”
Testimonial for Rahim Valli
I have been a client of Knead since the opening. Currently I have ongoing nerve pain due to a herniated disc in my back for the last six months. I was recommended to see Rahim and was told he has “healing hands.”
My session with Rahim was the first alternative medicine session in which I was able to fully relax since my pain began. Being able to relax and focus on my body for an hour felt like an absolute gift.
I booked three more sessions with Rahim before I left. I look forward to seeing him again.

One session and it made all the difference in my life. I can sit on the couch again! Thank you so much.
Rahim is amazing. So calm, and he talked me through the pain. I appreciate your skill and technique. Wonderful receptionist as well. What a nice place to spend an hour :)
