Ben Hildebrand, RMT

Education, science, and a healthy dose of curiosity help fuel Ben to deliver an effective, patient-centric approach to massage therapy.

Meet Ben.

After feeling like he was lacking fulfillment and joy due to the absence of human connection, Ben made the jump to Massage Therapy in 2016 after a decade-long career in plumbing and heating.

Ben takes a patient-centered approach understanding that we all have different challenges and different needs. He listens to what each patient wants out of their treatment and shapes his practice to meet their needs.

Fascinated with the body and mind, Ben stays up to date with what the current science and research is teaching us. Appreciating the multitude of factors, he is always curious.

Educating clients on their stress, sleep, posture, and anything else that may contribute to their pain or dysfunction is a cornerstone of Ben’s approach.

Outside of work, you can always find Ben involved in some form of fitness, whether it’s running the trails, walking his dog, or exercising at the gym. He enjoys travelling and has spent time backpacking through Asia on a couple of occasions and plans to return once the world opens back up.

Ben has always wanted to work with people, and now loves his job as a Register Massage Therapist who is able to meet and help people from all walks of life.
