Beverley Spidle, RMT

Beverley works double-shift as both the proud owner of Knead Therapy and as one of our Registered Massage Therapists.

Meet Beverley.

In a nutshell, Beverley is happiest when working and supporting like-minded practitioners and clients.

She’s ultimately motivated and interested in living the best life possible, while encouraging others to do the same.

A self-proclaimed work-o-holic, Beverley has been heard saying “a Massage Therapist is the only thing I could truly be”. Beverley loves the challenge of helping people live fulfilling lives while promoting Registered Massage Therapy in Nanaimo. She’s driven to constantly improve Knead Therapy Clinic for all clients, therapists, and staff.

Bev loves to learn and research new techniques and skills as a therapist… at least during any moments her two handsome little men allow her!

Beverley hit her stride once learning Systemic Deep Tissue Therapy® – this discovery opened up a new world of techniques that benefit clients and herself as a therapist.

In Beverley’s personal time you’ll find her at Crossfit Nanaimo, chasing her boys at the park, reading, or spending time with friends and family.

Testimonial for Beverley Spidle

I began my search for a Massage Therapist mainly because of constant headaches, back and shoulder pain, generally attributed to the stress of my occupation.

This chronic pain in my neck and shoulders which would cause headaches – and occasionally a loss of mobility in my neck.

Once I began visiting Beverley Spidle my pain decreased, my headaches became less frequent, and eventually they ceased to exist. I highly recommend Bev – she is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

To be honest, I’m not sure what to write exactly – I wanted to just write: “Bev is awesome! She gives great massages and I always leave happier.” What more could I ask for?

Above & beyond.

Testimonial for Beverley Spidle

Beverley Spidle has helped me enormously in overcoming my back pain and assisting in the breakdown of scar tissue while my injuries were healing, keeping me flexible and able to go back to my regular activities.

What I like most, from the wonderful massages, is how they go above and beyond to offer tips, advice, and knowledge on how to care for your pain points on your own. This shows how much they care about their customers.
